Refund Policy

Effective Date: 13 August 2025

At Big Meta Solutions, we work with full dedication to deliver high-quality services. However, due to the nature of our work, our refund policy is as follows:

For Services (Website, Graphics, AI Automation)

• 50% advance payment is non-refundable once the project starts.

• If the client cancels before project work begins, a 90% refund of the advance will be issued.

• Once project is delivered, no refund will be provided.

For Digital Products (E-books, Templates, etc.)

• Due to the instant delivery of digital goods, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are provided.

Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in rare cases of:

• Duplicate payment

• Technical errors from our side preventing delivery of the purchased service/product
