1. Services Provided

We specialize in:

2. Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment is required to start any project.

• Remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery.

• Only one free revision is included. Extra changes are chargeable as per the scope.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Timelines will be discussed at the project’s start.

• Client delays in providing content or feedback may extend delivery time.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party services (e.g., hosting providers).

4. Ownership and Portfolio Rights

• Once full payment is made, the client owns the final product.

• Big Meta Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and promotional materials.

5. Refund Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

• In exceptional cases (e.g., service not delivered), refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

We will not be responsible for:

• Loss of data due to server crashes or hacking

• Any legal disputes arising from content provided by the client

7. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept those changes.
