A 50% advance payment is required before work begins.
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before delivery.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

All content, designs, and code created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Once payment is completed, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client, excluding any third-party elements (fonts, stock images, software) licensed separately.
